1. OVERVIEW & ORDER PROCESSING TIME
At GQ HEALTH LLC, we are committed to delivering your favorite drinkware safely and promptly. Because items
like glass cups, ceramic mugs, and insulated flasks require extra protective packaging, all orders undergo a strict
quality check and custom packaging process prior to dispatch.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory
holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will
be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Notification: You will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number as soon
as your package has been handed over to the carrier.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your orders arrive securely. Shipping costs for your
order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. PROTECTIVE PACKAGING FOR FRAGILE ITEMS
Fragile Item Guarantee: We utilize heavy-duty foam, bubble wrapping, and reinforced corrugated boxes tailored
for fragile drinkware (glassware and ceramics) to prevent damage during transit.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to transit, please take clear photos/videos of the damaged
cup and outer package, and email us within 48 hours at MerAngosh6743@outlook.com.ar for an immediate
replacement or full refund.

4. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in
real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please
contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. ADDRESS CHANGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES & PO BOXES
Address Corrections: Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you need to change
your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped,
we cannot change the delivery address.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by
the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping is available for P.O. Boxes; however, express or carrier-specific delivery may
require a physical street address.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
GQ HEALTH LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
